Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3 business day for product processing.  Once your package leaves the shop, we no longer have control over what issues occur during transit.  PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE LONGER DUE WORLD WIDE SHIPPING DELAYS.  If products are damaged when you receive them, please contact me at memascustomstudio@gmail.com and I will assist in providing any information necessary for you to file a claim with your local USPS OR UPS carrier.  Refunds will not be issued from us for ANY items that were damaged during transit.
